SESSION DETAILS
In a single session, my role as intuitive stylist's is to support the client to connect their inner self with outward expression, helping client to create a wardrobe that feels both peaceful and goal oriented.
This one-on-one session held via video call brings clarity and confidence, so client feels inspired and well-aligned with their style choices. I guide the client to connect more deeply with their own style preferences and unique self-expression.
I structure each session to fit client's personality & story but it always has a combination of the following components:
Introduction & Goals: I begin by understanding your current wardrobe challenges, lifestyle, and specific goals for your style. This might be about feeling more confident, finding balance, or simplifying your choices.

Body & Style Connection: We explore how your current style reflects or contrasts with how you feel inside. This involves gently tuning into how you see yourself and how you’d like to show up.

Color, Texture, and Shape Guidance: I introduce you to colors, textures, and shapes that resonate with your personality, helping you identify what feels authentic. This might include suggestions for outfits or pieces you already own, guiding you toward what truly reflects your essence.

Mindful Styling Techniques: I encourage you to notice and break any patterns of “mindless” consumption, focusing on quality, versatility, and timeless choices that support your inner peace and self-image.

Practical Steps: We wrap up with practical advice on building your wardrobe, including actionable steps for editing what you have and future purchasing tips. We’ll discuss how to work with pieces you already own and, depending on your budget, what items to add for a more cohesive, expressive wardrobe.
